INFO & GUIDELINES

- We accept any kind of picture, from scans to digital photos. Although, the final result is strictly connected to the original file. More quality the original picture has, the better the photoceramic will be. 

- Make sure you send the file with the best quality: if you have more than one picture, please send the one with the best resolution. The resolution should be at least 300 DPI. 

- Please make sure the original photo is big enough, otherwise (if enlarged) it can be pixeled. 

- Please note that ceramic colors can differ a bit from the original colors.

- You can request a preview anytime, which will be provided at no extra cost if you order the ceramic. If the photoceramic is not ordered, the editing will be counted separately. 

- You can find the services which are paid separately in the end of our catalog. If not sure, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist you. 

- We can almost make miracles with editing! Check out what we can do here. 

- The traditional gold rim/border is handmade and requires a second cooking at lower temperatures (not to alter the gold). This means that the gold is not as resistant as the actual picture, so we do not suggest to keep such a pictures outside. Although, we agree that the traditional gold trim has a great visual effect: you can choose it even for the outisde exposition, but you can expect a little fading during the years. 

- Photoceramics are often connected to funerary art, but we are available to create any other piece that is supposed to be resistant to time, water, humidity and light (plaques for outside displaying, mosaics, decorative pieces...). The firing of the color in the ceramic at high temperatures guarantees these charateristics. 

- We can provide customized sizes and shapes which are not in the catalog, all you need to do is contact us. 

- We care about the environment and we try our best to reduce our footprint. All our ceramic plaques and colors are made in Italy and we use solar energy for our ovens.
